Mentor Project Managers and team members in producing their PRINCE II deliverables:
PID – Project Initiation Document ensure alignment of Business and Technical case;
RBTA Stage Plan - Requirements and Business and Technical Analysis;
Development Stage Plan – Include development, test and quality with code freezing;
UAT Stage Plan – UAT testing, bug list and code freeze (i.e. RUP);
Handover Stage Plan – Cleared bug list, User Guide and Technical Reference Manual;
Training Stage Plan – Train end Users and Production Support;
Lessons Learned Stage Plan – What can we do better and add data to Knowledge Management System for future read-only reference.
Note: Peer and Quality Reviews followed by Approval and sign-off for each deliverable above. |
